You might be experiencing connection issues.

Don’t panic, we have a few tips and tricks to get you back up and running, so you can enjoy your event! Here’s a few things to try first:

  • Try moving your device closer to the router.
  • Make sure all updates on your device are finished.
  • If you have an ethernet cable, using this will help your connection to be more stable.
  • Close any other instant meet applications, so they don’t interfere with Haia.
  • Use an online bandwidth test to see the speed of your internet connection, you should be aiming for a minimum bandwidth of around 16mb.
  • Connecting to a hotspot rather than WiFi, if there is one available.
  • You can also try refreshing the page.


If you’re in an office environment, you can try any of the above. If you’re still experiencing issues, try contacting the IT department.
